Birmingham native Barry Graham discovered his fascination with art, architecture, and graphic design at a very early age. His creativity was encouraged by mentor artist Rik Lazenby with illustration, painting, mural and photographic assignments. Graham attended Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, where his interest in painting was ignited by trips to Sarasota Beach, the local Spanish architecture, and the surrounding tropical landscape. Today he dedicates his creativity in fine arts, graphic design, and illustration, with much of his work reflecting the fine details and fascinations in nature.
Graham’s work will be displayed in the Eddie & Kay Aldridge Art & Historical Collections Museum throughout June and July.
