7:30AM – Depart from the Seventh Day Adventist Church parking lot next to Aldridge Gardens on Lorna Road. Stop along the way for a stretch-break.
12:30PM – A visit to the Grand Hotel, is anything more wonderful? Step back in time to a period of elegance and refinement, to gracious living along the shores of Mobile Bay. This 162-year-old Grand Hotel Marriott Resort, Golf Club & Spa has played host to generations of families who now enjoy its two championship golf courses, the 20,000 square-foot European Spa, the elaborate themed swimming pool and the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award of The Grand Dining Room. This is where we enjoy an awesome all-inclusive gourmet buffet lunch. After lunch we will enjoy a guided tour of the hotel grounds.
2:00PM – Meet our step-on-guide for The Fairhope Story/ of year round flower displays. Fairhope, is the postcard perfect town and often described as “A village on a gorgeous bluff overlooking Mobile Bay." Historic Fairhope is an exceptional southern city full of charm, history, natural beauty and entertainment. You’ll find gorgeous hanging baskets of flowers on every corner year round, plus the Award wining Municipal Rose Garden. We’ll hear the story behind these award wining landscapes. Absolutely beautiful!
How about a Sweet Treat? Great! Let’s make our way to the Punta Clara Candy Kitchen. DELICIOUS! Tucked along Scenic Hwy 98 overlooking the beautiful Mobile Bay, Punta Clara Candy Kitchen is located inside a gorgeous, wood framed historic house with an expansive front porch and lots of hand-carved gingerbread moldings. Walking across the old front porch makes for a nostalgic experience as the antique floors pop and crackle with every step. Free Candy Samples.
Next, we will visit the fascinating history of Fairhope at the Fairhope History Museum. Here you will learn all about Fairhope being the oldest and largest Single Tax Colony in the world. This is an awesome little museum and it’s just across the street from our hotel.

6:00PM – We welcome you to Fairhope with a Wine & cheese Reception in the lobby of the hotel.

9:00AM – Board motor coach and depart for Bellingrath Gardens.
10:00AM – Arrive and tour beautiful Bellingrath Gardens and Home. See the Cascading Mum Display, the nation's largest outdoor display of cascading chrysanthemums; Bellingrath's Cascading Mum Display is a site to see! Spectacular!
Lunch will be on your own today in the Magnolia Café’ at the gardens.
1:00PM – Board motor coach and depart for home. Sit back, relax and enjoy the journey home with wonderful memories of our “Village of Flowers”, Garden Party Bus Tour to Fairhope & Bellingrath Gardens
