At this monthly gathering for Propagator Level members, guests will meet and mingle with Heather Skaggs, author of Bluff Park, a pictorial history of Hoover, and Hoover, part of the Images of America series. During the discussion, Skaggs will touch on keeping old photos protected and how to store scrapbooks. She'll also talk briefly on snapping images the photographer may not think are important now, but that could have historical value later on.
