involved.\nWalking/Jogging uses 40-50% of muscles involved.\nNordic Pole W
alking uses 90% of muscles involved. And you can do it anywhere you can wa
lk.\n\nWe are in the process of developing a Nordic Walking Group that wil
l meet at Aldridge Gardens once a month.
