 equired.  Workshop limited to 12.\n\nCome learn the skill of using tiles a
 nd grout to make colorful mosaic pots and garden art with broken vases or 
 china plates.  Here is your chance to put them to good use while creating 
 a playful sample mosaic garden pot as you learn.  In this workshop\, you w
 ill master the basics of how to create mosaics in the pique assiette style
  using pieces of broken pottery\, china\, glass\, buttons\, figurines and 
 jewelry to create a 8”x9” decorative flower pot\, the ultimate in recyclin
 g.  In the first 3 hour session\, we will cover basic tile techniques\, di
 scuss project design and you will adhere tile to the pot.\nDuring the seco
 nd 3 hour session\, you will learn to grout and finish your project.  Some
  tiles and materials will be provided\, but please bring your own broken p
 lates\, tiles\, china\, buttons\, figurines and jewelry to personalize you
 r piece.  Thrift stores are a good place to hunt for these treasures!  Bri
 ng tile nippers if you have them.  Also\, you are welcome to bring a mid-m
 orning snack on Saturday.\n
