 is is the second time we've hosted Chili Appreciation International (CASI)
 \, and this cook-off will be the final State Championship in 2013. The win
 ner will get a trip to the national CASI Chili Cook-Off in Terlingua\, Tex
 as in November to compete for the national title. \n\nTo make it even more
  fun\, this year we’re also holding an open throw-down chili cook off for 
 anyone who wants to compete. There are no rules and no entry fee\, just th
 e chance for home cooks to bring their chili\, challenge each other\, and 
 someone will go home with bragging rights!  \n\nNothing goes better with c
 hili than cold beer\, so Cahaba Brewing Company will be on hand offering s
 amples.\n\nA $5 donation is appreciated for anyone 18 and older. A portion
