 y through the months of June and July. His boldly colored paintings tell s
 tories of simpler times and rural life in Alabama. Uniquely\, his subjects
  don't have faces. He paints them without facial features to create images
  that can be universal. Cook explains\, “I want all people to relate to my
  paintings.  I try to tell the story with body language.”\n\nHear more abo
