 k. \n\nStationary Bicycle uses 30-40% of muscles involved.\nWalking/Joggin
 g uses 40-50% of muscles involved.\nNordic Pole Walking uses 90% of muscle
 s involved. And you can do it anywhere you can walk.\n\nDr Hurt will have 
 poles available for use in the class as well as for purchase. Or bring you
