Paver Form - Veterans Memorial Arbor and Pentagon Plaza
Brick pavers are available with a contribution of $350 each. The pavers are 9" x 9" and can be customized with four lines of text. Each line is limited to 15 characters including spaces. Please use the form below in order to provide us with your customizing information. Payment will be processed through PayPal.
There is also a special paver that can include a Military designation and military service information. (Cost is $500 plus $85 set up fee). Please give us a call for more information on this version of the paver.
