Nature Journaling Class

Saturday, January 10, 2026
10:00 am11:30 am
Meet at the entrance gate of Aldridge Gardens

Amy Sides will teach you how to find nature’s artistic inspiration in the gardens, in the city, or wherever you may be. She’ll offer fun, stress-free prompts to help you find, observe, and capture in your journal the natural wonders that are in your everyday surroundings. This class is for everyone, regardless of skill level or previous experience. Here, art is a learning tool and science is a method of finding beauty and awe. This class is not about creating a beautiful, frame-worthy piece of art, but instead it’s about following your curiosity and exploring your creativity!

Amy will provide pencils, paper, and colored pencils.

This series of classes is free and will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on the following days:
January 10 and 14
February 7 and 11
March 14 and 18
April 11 and 15
May 9 and 13

These classes are free, but you will need to reserve your spot by using the "register now" button at the top of the page for each class. You can click within the list above to link to the event calendar for each month. The number of reservations is limited.
