Cooking with Herbs Seminar: Teaching and Tasting
Thursday, August 25, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
If you have ever wanted to learn how to cook with herbs, come join Peter and Susan as they demonstrate how to use fresh and dried herbs to produce the most interesting flavors. Learn to use what is already in your pantry to enhance your menu and to make dinner more exciting. This seminar will be interactive with lots of tasting…and you will even get the recipes! Feel free to bring a bottle of wine or a beverage of your choice.
