Artist Reception at Aldridge Gardens

Please join us for a reception in honor of artist Carole Schrading, whose work is currently on display in our gallery. Specializing in encaustic painting (an ancient Greek artform that uses beeswax, damar resin, and colored pigments), her work celebrates the beauty of our world. She draws inspiration from plants, animals, and landscapes and is also intrigued by organic shapes, forms, and textures found in nature.
