Paper Marbling Class

Join Dariana Dervis for a paper marbling class at Aldridge Gardens on Saturday, August 9 from 10-11:15am. This fun and creative art form allows you to create stunning, unique patterns on paper. The process involves floating vibrant colors on the surface of a thickened liquid and carefully transferring the design onto absorbent paper. Each print is one-of-a-kind, and the patterns can resemble swirling marble, feathery plumes, and more.
Take your marbled paper home to use for cards, gift wrapping, collage, book making, etc.
Click here to register through the City of Hoover Parks and Recreation site.
Class is limited to 15 participants, ages 10 and up. Cost is $10 for Aldridge Gardens members and $15 for non-members. All materials provided. We will meet in the Education Building, which is located near the gate house and behind the pavilion.
