Sensational Succulents
Succulents are moisture-retentive plants that have, over time, adapted to harsh living conditions and the limited availability of water. Class participants will learn about the journey of succulents native to the Americas – exploring the tropics, four deserts, alpine rock outcrops, and local glades. After the program, everyone will have the opportunity to pot different varieties of winter-hardy sedums in peat pots to take home and plant.
